The space

The apartment is composed as follows:
- An entrance with a separate toilet and access to the first terrace
- A first terrace with a breakfast table facing the Eiffel Tower
- A Balinese shower room with plants
- A large living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining table for 6 people
- A bedroom area (not separate) with a double bed
- A balcony with views over the rooftops of Paris, Beaubourg and Notre-Dame Cathedral.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

On your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions (bed linen, towels and bath products).

A full accommodation manual will also be at your disposal, with all the information you need to make your stay a pleasant one (safety, facilities, good local addresses, etc.).

CHECK-IN AFTER 8PM

For any late arrival (Check-in after 8:00 p.m.), please note that a supplement will be requested upon arrival (payment on cash):
+ 20 € (between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
+ 30 € (after 10 p.m.)
+ 50 € (after midnight)

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.

BATH PRODUCTS

We provide sustainable bath products from French brand 'NUXE Paris': shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

AMENITIES

We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first days.

HOUSEKEEPING

For long stays of more than 7 days, we can propose an additional cleaning service including replacement of all household linen, as well as cleaning of the accommodation (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen) for an extra chage.
