The space

This 34m2 studio is located on the 1st floor with private staircase access directly into the Passage Choiseul.

You'll find all the modern comforts you'd expect for a short stay.

It features a subtly hidden, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso machine, as well as a washing machine with dryer option, wi-fi and audio system.

The bedroom is separated from the living room by a door and is equipped with a 140x200 mattress and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The WC is separate and located at the entrance to the studio.

Either :

• 1 double bedroom with mattress (140x200) ;

• 1 en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower;

• 1 separate toilet;

• storage space at your disposal;

You'll particularly appreciate this apartment's location in a historic passageway in the heart of Paris's 1st arrondissement, popular for its many restaurants, bistros, fashion boutiques and art galleries.

You'll also appreciate the peace and quiet in the evenings, once the passageway is closed and secured.

Last but not least, the atypical, designer decor will give you an undeniably unique experience.

When you arrive, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions (bed linen, towels and bath products).

A full house manual will also be available, with all the information you need to make your stay a pleasant one (safety, facilities, good local addresses, etc.).

CHECK-IN AFTER 8PM

For any late arrival (Check-in after 8:00 p.m.), please note that a supplement will be requested upon arrival:
+ 20 € (between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.)
+ 30 € (after 10 p.m.)
+ 50 € (after midnight)

HOUSEHOLD LINEN

We provide all the household linen on your arrival, namely the linen for each bed as well as one bath towel and one hand towel per person.

AMENITIES

We also provide some hospitality products (coffee, oil, bath products, toilet paper...).
Please note that these products are in a limited quantity in order to meet only the needs of the very first day.

HOUSEKEEPING

We propose mid-stay professional cleaning services only for long stays over 10 days that include making beds with clean linens, dusting furniture, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen and towel exchanges.

This service will be billed at the same rate as the Cleaning fees displayed on this listing page. Please ask us once you booked your reservation to arrange day and time for this service. Only upon availability of the cleaning team.

LOSS OF KEY

Please note that the loss of a key will result in a cost of €100 per key.
